The short version: Don’t be a jerk, don’t steal my stuff, and understand that this is a newsletter, not legal, cybersecurity or financial advice.

What this is

The Cybersecurity Pulse (TCP) is a newsletter covering security industry news, trends, and analysis. It’s published by Darwin Salazar.

What you’re agreeing to

By subscribing or reading, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, unsubscribe.

Content and opinions

Everything I write reflects my personal views, not those of any employer, sponsor, or anyone else. I try to be accurate, but I’m human. If I get something wrong, I’ll correct it.

Sponsors pay to be featured. I’ll always label sponsored content. Sponsorship doesn’t mean endorsement.

Not advice

Nothing in TCP is professional advice — legal, financial, investment, career, or otherwise. It’s news and commentary. Make your own decisions. Talk to a professional if you need actual advice.

Intellectual property

I own the content I create. You can share links and excerpts with attribution, but don’t republish full issues, scrape the archive or ‘steal’ my work without permission.

Your conduct

Don’t use TCP to spam, harass, or do anything illegal.

Limitation of liability

TCP is provided “as is.” I’m not liable for any damages arising from your use of the newsletter.

Changes

I may update these terms. If I make significant changes, I’ll note it in the newsletter. Continued use means you accept the changes.
